1 head cabbage, cut up in large pieces
1 (family size) pre-cooked smoked sausage, chopped
1 green bell pepper, cut in large pieces
1/4 cup Sesame Oil (or just keep dashing it on like I do!)
LOTS of crushed red pepper
1/4 cup water
Sea Salt to taste
Over medium-hi heat, heat sesame oil with some of the crushed red pepper. Add cabbage and bell pepper, and toss to completely coat with sesame oil and crushed red pepper mixture. Add in smoked sausage and saute over medium-hi heat for about 3 minutes. Add water and heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 15-20 minutes stirring ocassionally until most of water has evaporated and veggies are tender. Season with sea salt and additional crushed red pepper if desired.
