CHICKEN AND RICE BAKE

A little twist off the ole Campbell's soup recipe for a much creamier main dish:

2 cups uncooked brown rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can turkey gravy
2 cups water
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
salt and paprika to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In 9x13 casserole dish pre-treated with cooking spray, drizzle small amount of turkey gravy to cover bottom.  
Spread rice into pan.  
Arrange chicken on top, lightly salt.
Mix cream of chicken soup, rest of turkey gravy, and water.  Pour over chicken and rice.
Cover and seal tightly with foil.
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
