CROCKPOT LASAGNA

1 1/2 pounds ground beef, cooked and drained
2 med onions, chopped/cooked with ground beef
1 large can Hunt's spaghetti sauce
2 tsp Italian seasoning mix
1 tsp minced garlic
1-15 oz ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
12 uncooked lasagna noodles

Spray crockpot with nonstick spray. With ground beef and onion, add sauce and seasonings on low heat. In bowl, combine all cheeses except 1 cup of the mozzarella. Spoon 1/4 of the meat sauce into the crock pot and top with noodles broken to fit. Top that with half of the cheese mixture, then another 1/4 of the meat sauce and noodles. Make another layer of cheese, meat sauce, and noodles, then finish with meat sauce. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese, cover and cook 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
