CROCKPOT CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS

2 cans chunk chicken breast
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 can chicken broth+ 1 can water
2 10 oz packages refrigerated biscuits
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all, except biscuits, in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. About an hour before supper, tear biscuit dough into 1-inch pieces and add to crock pot; stirring gently. Cover and cook on HIGH for 30 min to an hour or until biscuits are fluffed up and cooked through.
