1 lb. hamburger meat, cooked and drained
2 cups water
¼ cup Italian dressing
½ tsp. dried oregano leaves
3 cups chopped broccoli
2 cups brown rice, uncooked
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Add water, dressing, and oregano to meat and bring to boil. Stir in broccoli and rice; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until rice is tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
