4 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp Sugar (I used a splenda equivalent)
2 Tbsp cocoa
1 egg
3 Tbsp milk
3 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp chocolate chips or flavor of your choice (optional)
Dash of vanilla extract
1 Large Coffee Mug
Lightly spray mug with non-stick spray.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add milk and oil, mix well.
Add optional flavored chips and dash of vanilla extract, mix well.
Microwave for 3 minutes on high (1000 watts) on a paper plate, as the cake will rise over the top of the mug. Allow to cool and flip out onto a plate if desired.
