1/2 cup Chunky-peanut butter
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp splenda
2 tbsp soy flour
1 tsp baking powder
Heat Oven to 375°. Mix all ingredients, blending well. Drop on greased cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls.
Bake 10 minutes.
