APPLE OATMEAL BARS

1 cup oatmeal
½ tsp. salt
½ cup butter
1 cup whole wheat flour
½ tsp. cinnamon
2 ½ cups chopped apples
½ cup splenda

Combine the first 5 ingredients; put half into an 8X8 pan. Layer on apples & sugar. Crumble remaining mixture on top.

Bake 35 minutes at 350º.
