1 lb. hamburger
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 med. Onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground red pepper
¼ tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup uncooked brown rice
1 can beef broth
¾ cup water
Cook hamburger, garlic, celery, onion and bell pepper together. Stir in salt, ground red and black pepper. Add rice, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and water; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
